Up above...

Ellis is beginning to talk a little bit more these days. He says Duck Duck (speaking about his true love), No (he says that VERY well), Night Night, Daddy Car, Fishies, Ucky (Yucky), Nose, Eyes, and Choo Choo. I am sure there are a few others that I am forgetting right now. He does sign a lot which is nice. He signs water, more, eat, night night, all done etc. He does sing now too! The other day we were hanging out in our bedroom and Ellis was repeating something over and over again that I could not make out. I asked Matt what he thought Ellis was saying and Matt said it sounded like he was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! And sure enough, he was! He was specifically signing the Up above the world so high part. I wish I could type what it sounded like but it was sort of like Uh eh uh and completely in tune! I started singing the song and he tuned in at the right part with his version of it. Too cute!
