Are we probe-less?

All of a sudden it occurred to me that Ellis is no longer probing. He used to explore the world through his two pointer fingers as he probed his way around any object. All of a sudden he is no longer doing that! How sad that you can't be there for the last probe. That he can't tell you that this is the final time that I will make this sound, or make this strange gesture so you better PAY ATTENTION!
